Urgent Action for Haiti - A Call to Pray and Help with Humanitarian Efforts

NETWORK is asking people to pray and to give. The MICAH NETWORK is calling for
churches to pray for Haiti at church services around the
continent on January 17 and 24. The MICAH NETWORK will
also be collecting financial contributions to assist humanitarian efforts
through the following organizations in the U.S. and Latin America:
USA-Peace and Hope Partnership International
(Minneapolis- Minnesota); PERÚ-Asociación PAZ Y ESPERANZA (Lima); BOLIVIA-VIVA-
Juntos por la Niñez (Cochabamba); ECUADOR- Fundación PAZ Y ESPERANZA
(Guayaquil); URUGUAY-Juventud para Cristo (Montevideo); ARGENTINA-Fundación
Kairos (Buenos Aires); COLOMBIA- Tearfund-Región Andina (Barranquilla); COSTA
RICA-VIVA-Juntos por la Niñez; and, MÉXICO-Amextra (México DF).
All
funds collected will be sent to respected Evangelical-Protestant organizations
and churches in Haiti through TEARFUND-Great Britain, which has been working in
Haiti for decades (www.tearfund.org).
